PPG Meeting

At our next PPG meeting we have the Coventry Neighbourhood Health Programme attending to talk about plans to develop neighbourhood teams to deliver the NHS 10-year plan.

Wednesday 25th February 2026 6.00pm to 7.30pm

A partnership programme drawn from all parts of the NHS (mental health, community services, primary care and adult social care and the voluntary sector) – they are looking to:

• Deliver care closer to where people live
• Improve health outcomes
• Reduce health inequalities

Help us deliver seamless, person-centred care that meets an individual`s needs, our starting point is to understand what matters to the people we serve when they need care and support.
