WE NEED YOUR HELP!!
|SICK NOTES - the advice from the Prime Minister on Sunday 10th May 2020 was to "work from home if you can, but you should go to work if you can’t work from home". Please do not phone if you are worried about returning to work as it is important that we keep our phone lines free for medical emergencies. If you have coronavirus symptoms then please follow the guidance found on the NHS 111 website (https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19). We are unable to provide sick notes for people who are concerned about returning to work. If you have concerns about your health or your workplace, then please email email@example.com and we can provide a medical summary for you to discuss your concerns with your employer.
We struggling to cope with the high volume of calls we are receiving to answer your queries.
In order to help reduce the calls into our surgery, we will be generating a FAQ list on our website and will be posting this to our Facebook page. Please check this list as it may well answer your questions and prevent an unnecessary telephone call to us.
We are extremely grateful for your understanding patience - Please HELP US to HELP YOU – we need to free the lines for YOUR urgent calls.
We are all under pressure, key workers and public alike. Please try to be considerate, compassionate and caring to others in this very difficult time of crisis that we are faced with. Thank you.

We are getting a lot of calls from patients asking for a sick note for their employer. The link below provides information on guidance on what people will need ("if employees need to provide evidence to their employer that they need to stay at home due to coronavirus, they will be able to get it from the NHS 111 Online instead of having to get a fit note from their doctor").
PLEASE NOTE: Until further guidance is available, if you require a letter to self-isolate please download and use this as the practice will not provide a medical certificate for patients requiring self-isolation for coronavirus.
